Returns for Defective Items Only

To process a defective‑item return, you will need to provide:

Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Non‑Returnable Items

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for defective items.

European Union 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you may cancel your order within 14 days only if the item is defective.
Non‑defective items remain non‑returnable.


Refund Processing
